Escape the noise of everyday life and unwind in our private flotation pod room. Float effortlessly in warm, Epsom salt-infused water that supports your body, eases pressure on joints and muscles, and promotes deep relaxation for both mind and body.
Your experience includes a full private flotation suite, complete with:
A private flotation pod room
Your own shower and toilet facilities
Fresh towel provided
Complete privacy throughout your session
The total appointment time is 1 hour and 20 minutes. This includes:
60 minutes floating in the pod
20 minutes before and after your float to shower, change, and prepare for your session
Many people use flotation therapy to reduce stress, aid recovery, improve sleep, enhance focus, and enjoy a period of uninterrupted calm away from daily distractions.
Booking Information
- Maximum of 1 person per booking
- A £20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival at the studio.
- We accept cash or card payments for the remaining balance.
