Contrast therapy involves alternating between heat (like a sauna) and cold (like an ice bath) to stimulate circulation, reduce inflammation, and support physical and emotional recovery. It’s a powerful ritual for resetting the body and mind.
How it works:
- Heat Phase (e.g., sauna): Causes blood vessels to dilate, increasing circulation and promoting relaxation.
- Cold Phase (e.g., ice bath): Reduces inflammation, and activates the nervous system.
- Alternating between the two: Creates a vascular “pump” effect, flushing out metabolic waste and enhancing recovery.
For best results:
1. Sauna – 10–15 minutes
2. Ice Bath – 1 –3 minutes
3. Repeat Cycle – 3 rounds
4. Compression Therapy (optional) – 30–45 minutes post-cycle
Price List
1 hour session includes 45 minutes in the contrast room and 15 minutes to get in and out.
