What Our Customers Say

We had our first visit to the contrast room today, absolutely loved the sauna, lots of room and HOT! selection of temperatures in the ice baths (im a wimp 👀) and easygoing advice and support for the first transition which was super useful as I had no idea what I was doing. Decieed to try the leg compression while we were there as I have a really bad swollen leg at the moment where I have plate/pins and wow what a difference i feel this evening! we will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed my session this afternoon. Ian was so knowledgeable, guiding me and the other clients through the session and talking me through the last ice session in particular.
Highly recommended, definitely looking forward to returning, and the plans for the future development sound amazing!
Congrats on an amazing facility!
